Twilight Wellness Retreat

Join us for our first ever Twilights Wellness Retreat! 

Saturday 31st August 10am - 5pm 

From the moment you step into the retreat, which is set in a cosy boho garden complete with our very own new yurt, you will be greeted with your personal itinerary for the day ready to unwind with the perfect combination of yoga, creativity, delicious food (breakfast, lunch and sweet treats) and of course, crystals!

Terms and Conditions

Summary

As this is an outdoor event please check the weather conditions and dress appropriately for the types of activities on offer, eg comfortable gym wear

As you know the retreat is based in a residential area their may be external noise above our control from other gardens but we hope our neighbours will keep their noise to a minimum (the average age of neighbours is about 80 years old so I hope they can keep their partying on lock until we are finished!!) we do live in a very peaceful area so hope we have no issues there.

Workshops

All equipment will be supplied for your workshops, including, mats, yoga blocks, blankets etc so you won’t need to bring these with you

Floral crown workshop everything you need will be supplied

Please ensure you have enough hydration throughout your activities there will be plenty of water on offer at our water stations provided.

Please do always inform the instructor of any injuries that you may have to ensure you keep yourself within your own abilities. If at anytime you need to take a break then please do.

Food allergens/dietary requirements

Thank you for supplying your food allergens and requirements upon booking these have been passed on to our lovely catering company.

Our breakfast and sweet treats will be provided by us and we will keep all food packaging available to anyone who would like to double check ingredients. There will be vegan options, gluten and wheat free options available on the day.

Adverse weather

If the weather is very wet and windy unfortunately it’s likely the event will be cancelled due to the tipi tents and areas in which are using for the day.

Cancellations

If adverse weather on the day affects the retreat we will have no option but to cancel  all guests will be given a refund for their ticket.

We will endeavour to keep guests updated as much as possible during the run up to the event keeping a close eye on weather conditions.

Cancelled bookings

If you no longer can make the event please do let us know as soon as possible so we can allow time for suppliers to make adjustments if you cancel 7 days before will still require 75% of your booking total.

Any less than 7 days before the event if you cancel your booking then unfortunately no refund will be given
